We collect the account details you provide (name, email, phone, company information), the content you publish such as events, proposals and documents, and technical data such as device and usage information needed to operate the platform.
How we use your information
Your information is used to run your account, publish your events, match organizers with sponsors, process payments, send notifications you have opted into, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data.
Sharing and payments
Event and company profiles you publish are visible to other users. Payment details are handled by our payment providers and are never stored on our servers. Service providers who help us operate EvenSpo only access what they need.
Your rights
You can view and edit your profile at any time, control your notification preferences, and request deletion of your account from your settings. Deleted accounts are removed after the retention period shown at the time of the request.
